Job summary

Aarvee Engineering in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced HR recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering. You will collaborate with hiring managers and use job boards and LinkedIn to find candidates, assess fit, and drive a smooth hiring process.

The ideal candidate is an MBA in HR with 4+ years in non-IT hiring, has strong communication skills, and can join immediately.

• Min 4+ years experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• MBA HR candidate with 4+ years in to end to end recruitment.
• Non-IT hiring experience and ability to join immediately.
• Strong communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Job boards & LinkedIn) and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.
