• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Drive candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and support offer rollout and onboarding activities.
• Experience in handling employee onboarding and pre-boarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and company policies.
