Job Title: HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating with client companies, and ensuring successful candidate closures and joinings.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen resumes from various job portals such as Naukri, TimesJobs, Shine, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability, experience, skills, and interest.
• Clearly explain and share the client company's job profile, role responsibilities, and expectations with candidates during interviews.
• Obtain candidate consent and confirmation for face-to-face or virtual interview rounds with client company managers.
• Share shortlisted candidate profiles with client companies through email and verbal communication.
• Coordinate and line up candidates for interviews as per client shortlisting and scheduling requirements.
• Collect and document interview feedback from client companies after each interview round.
• Coordinate with client company HR teams for offer generation, salary negotiations, and documentation collection.
• Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining, and manage follow-ups related to the replacement clause, if applicable.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and submit MIS updates to seniors.
• Continuously learn about different job profiles, industries, and hiring trends, and share insights with peers and senior team members.
