Role & responsibilities

• Understand client/job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate offer rollouts and collect required documents.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets and timelines.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
