Job summary

Innov Ultra is hiring an HR Recruiter (Bulk Hiring BPO) to manage recruitment drives for multiple clients. Freshers or candidates with 1 year of bulk hiring experience are encouraged to apply.

You will source candidates through job portals, references, databases and social media, screen and interview for fit, coordinate interview schedules and onboarding, and help meet daily/weekly targets. The role offers remote working flexibility and growth within a high-performing team.
