Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in bulk hiring.
• Proven sourcing and screening skills for high-volume roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with Naukri/ATS/HRMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals & other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
• Manage high-volume candidate calling, follow-ups and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
• Maintain daily recruitment MIS and track hiring funnel.
• Handle offer rollout, candidate follow-up and joining coordination.
• Work on targets and deliver consistent recruitment numbers.

HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring & Sales Recruitment

Experience: 2–4 years
Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
• Strong experience in Sales hiring, especially Admission Counsellors, Sales Executives, BDEs, Telesales, etc.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals & other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
• Manage high-volume candidate calling, follow-ups and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
