Job summary

Firstmeridian Global Services is looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in India. The role focuses on Non-IT and BPO hiring, including Customer Support, Chat/Non-Voice and Voice Process profiles.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT and BPO positions across various industries.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle hiring for Customer Support, Chat/Non-Voice, Voice Process, BPO and other customer-facing profiles.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage client communication and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding coordination.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Non-IT and BPO hiring, particularly Customer Support, Chat/Non-Voice, Voice Process and similar profiles.

• Strong sourcing and screening skills.

• Good knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 14 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
• Candidates with experience in BPO hiring, Customer Support, Chat/Non-Voice, Voice Process, Call Centre or similar customer-facing profiles will be preferred.
• Experience in bulk hiring, retail, sales, telecom, customer support, or similar domains will be an added advantage.
