Job summary

SuperLabs, an engineering and IT consulting firm, is seeking a recruitment professional for its Coimbatore operations. You will own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, across multiple departments on a fast-paced project with AugmntX.

Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment is required, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms.

• Exposure to HR operations with focus on recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines.
• Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing platforms.
• Techinal role hiring skills preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage multiple hiring requirements across diverse roles and departments.
• Support HR operations such as engagement, documentation and compliance while keeping recruitment as the focus.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver timely closures.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards for reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations during hiring and HR processes.
