We are looking for a dedicated and energetic HR Recruiter with 2+ years of experience who can

independently manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate must have a ready-to-learn

mindset, a happy face, and a peaceful, positive attitude while working with candidates and internal

teams.

This role is fully recruitment-driven. Were looking for someone who thrives in hiring, understands

technical and operational roles, and leverages modern recruitment tools including AI-powered

platforms to identify and attract top talent.

End-to-End Recruitment

• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth recruitment flow.

Requirement Coordination

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions.

AI & Modern Recruitment Tools

• Stay updated with modern recruitment trends and technologies.

Documentation & Tracking

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview logs.
• Ensure all recruitment data is organized, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Use ATS or AI tools for structured candidate management.
