You will source using portals, social media, and referrals; screen and shortlist applicants; and coordinate bulk hiring drives to meet aggressive targets. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment operations.

• Strong screening, shortlisting, and coordination for bulk hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet aggressive targets.
• Good communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience maintaining databases, daily reports, and trackers.
