Qualifications

• End-to-End IT recruitment experience across vanilla to niche IT roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and closing skills within defined TAT.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals for candidate discovery.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end technical recruitment from requirement understanding to onboarding.
• Recruit for vanilla to niche IT skills across multiple technologies and domains.
• Understand job descriptions, mandatory skills, experience, location, notice period, and client requirements.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen resumes and evaluate based on technical skills, experience, and project exposure.
• Coordinate technical interviews with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Follow up on interview feedback, offers, salary negotiations, and joining.
• Manage multiple requirements and ensure closures within defined TAT.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and MIS reports.
• Build strong candidate relationships and positive candidate experience.
• Achieve recruitment targets with quality and timely closures.

The candidate should have strong technical sourcing and screening expertise and the ability to close positions within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
