Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably an MBA in HR, with 1-3 years of relevant experience. This position is based in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Understanding of HR practices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end recruitment).
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
