GLOINNT Solutions is seeking an HR Recruiter (IT & Non IT) in Bangalore to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. You will source, screen, and schedule interviews while coordinating with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines. Immediate joiners are preferred.

The role involves posting openings on platforms, active sourcing through job sites, social media, referrals, and maintaining trackers to ensure targets are met monthly.
