Business Fundamental Consulting in Bengaluru (Hybrid) is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for end-to-end recruitment and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles. You will manage the full lifecycle, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and drive offer rollouts while meeting targets.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in IT recruitment with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. This role involves bulk hiring and recruitment drives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 12 years of IT recruitment experience (C2H preferred).
• Experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Experience hiring for Contract-to-Hire (C2H).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
• Follow up with candidates until onboarding and joining.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Organize and coordinate walk-in drives and recruitment events.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality.
