Job summary

Pan Asia HR Solution is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for our Bangalore office to manage contract-to-hire hiring. You will lead end-to-end IT recruitment, source candidates, screen profiles, and coordinate interviews with multiple stakeholders to meet client requirements.

Only female candidates with 3–4.5 years of IT recruitment experience and immediate joining are eligible. Freshers and non-IT profiles will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Strictly 3–4.5 years IT recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience in C2H hiring is mandatory.
• Strong exposure to end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate joiners only.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements.
