You will manage candidate pipelines, negotiate rates, and ensure timely submissions and joins, while maintaining robust trackers to handle high-volume projects efficiently.

• Screen and evaluate resumes for technical fit and on-boarding suitability.
• Negotiate pay rates, margins, tax/compliance terms and extend offers.
• Maintain candidate databases and trackers for quick turnarounds.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for rounds and pre-onboarding docs.

Job Brief

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented IT Recruiter with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing models. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment cycles, sourcing qualified technical professionals for various client mandates, managing contract onboarding timelines, and aligning talent expectations with third-party payroll requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for C2H IT positions, from understanding client requisitions to candidate onboarding.
• Sourcing & Headhunting: Utilize job portals (Naukri, Monster/foundit), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networks to source niche IT profiles.
• Screening & Evaluation: Assess resumes for technical proficiency, relevant project exposure, communication skills, and C2H employment adaptability.
• Rate & Offer Negotiation: Discuss contract pay rates, margin expectations, tax/compliance terms, and availability with candidates; successfully roll out and close offers.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain robust candidate databases and trackers for quick turnaround times (TAT) against high-volume recurring demands.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule technical/client rounds, secure timely feedback, and coordinate documentation or pre-onboarding formalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in domestic IT recruitment, specifically focusing on contract staffing or C2H models.
• Technical Acumen: Clear understanding of various IT technologies, software development life cycles (SDLC), and common technical skill sets.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasive negotiation, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
• Target-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet daily/weekly submission and joining targets.
