The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience utilizing popular Indian job portals to close positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Talent: Find qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and local talent networks.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review incoming applications, conduct initial telephonic screenings, and evaluate candidate fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule rounds of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Offer Management: Assist in rolling out offer letters and managing candidate follow-ups until onboarding.
• Database Maintenance: Update the candidates records database in internal trackers daily.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in any or a related field.
• Job Portal: Proficiency with job portal & databases.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
