Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive (Recruitment) to manage full-cycle hiring for academic faculty (Professors, Lecturers) and administrative staff. You will source top talent, manage interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing: Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, academic networks, and campus outreach.
• Hiring Lifecycle: Screen resumes, check UGC/AICTE credentials, schedule demo lectures/interviews with HoDs, and negotiate offers.
• Onboarding: Manage joining documentation, asset setup, and orientation for new hires.
• Operations: Maintain recruitment metrics, candidate trackers, and HRIS database records.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant Master's degree.
• Experience: 24 years in recruitment (prior experience in education/academic hiring preferred).
• Skills: Proficient in Boolean search, ATS tools, candidate screening, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with higher education hiring norms and faculty structures.
