Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with 6 to 8 years of comprehensive experience in managing end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Time Office, employee relations, Payroll coordination, compliance, employee engagement, Employee's Grievance ,and Admin activities.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit with the coordination with corporate office HR.
• To understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
• Coordinate with corporate office for payroll processing, attendance, leave management, incentives, deductions, and payroll-related queries.
• Maintain compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, employee welfare activities, and retention strategies as per company policies.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate with head to conduct the training.
• Prepare & maintain the training documents as per API.
• Support HR audits and ensure proper documentation and process compliance.
• Work closely with HR head on HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee-related matters.
• Updated on changes in employment and labour legislation and ensure timely implementation of required changes.
