Qualifications

• 5 years of HR Generalist experience or equivalent in real estate industry.

Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist with around 5 years of experience to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage offer rollouts
• Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring metrics

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Handle onboarding and induction programs
• Manage employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure smooth exit formalities including full & final settlement

3. Payroll & Compensation Support

• Coordinate with payroll team/vendors for salary processing
• Validate attendance, leaves, reimbursements, and deductions
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
• Maintain statutory records and support audits
• Implement and monitor HR policies and SOPs

5. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts
• Foster a positive work environment

6. Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal cycles (KRA/KPI setting, reviews)
• Assist in training needs identification and development plans

7. HR Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports
• Track attrition, attendance, and employee productivity metrics

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
• 36 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
