Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience, IT industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
  • Experience in policy drafting, HR documentation, and process structuring.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws in India.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple HR activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience in HR MIS reporting and Excel-based tracking.
  • Exposure to HRMS tools and HR systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit processes.
  • Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook, and internal HR procedures.
  • Coordinate with department heads and leadership to understand manpower planning and organizational requirements.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as per company policies.
  • Support recruitment activities when needed by coordinating with hiring managers and TA team.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles, review processes, and support managers in performance improvement plans (PIP).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and other labor regulations.
  • Maintain HR MIS reports (employee data, attendance, attrition, onboarding status, performance tracking, etc.) and share periodic reports with management.
  • Conduct HR audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.
  • Support training & development programs and coordinate learning initiatives based on business needs.
  • Stay updated with HR trends, labor laws, and best practices to improve HR effectiveness.

Job Summary
