Job summary

Isgec Heavy Engineering seeks an experienced HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition professional with exposure to Oil & Gas/EPC/Engineering. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, salary discussions, joining formalities, and partnering with HODs to meet manpower needs while ensuring timely closures and compliant HR practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical/engineering roles.
• Exposure to Oil & Gas/EPC/Engineering industries.
• Knowledge of HRIS/HRMS and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, corporate, and support functions.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
• Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Partner with HODs to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Handle HR operations including onboarding, documentation, HRIS/HRMS updates, attendance, leave and records.
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR initiatives.
• Assist in performance management, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR initiatives.
• Assist in performance management, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.
