Job summary

BEC Chemicals in Mumbai is seeking a Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. The role involves sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate has 2-8 years of in-house recruitment experience, strong MS Excel skills, and the ability to handle multiple vacancies and stakeholders across departments including Non-IT, Engineering,

Qualifications

• 2 - 8 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in in-house recruitment will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Candidates with experience in Non- IT, Engineering, EPC, Chemical, Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing recruitment will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Handle candidate follow-ups, offer rollout and joining coordination.
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation and verification.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and recruitment reports.
• Support manpower planning and hiring requirements from various departments.
