Job summary

Agp International Services in Chennai is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for Gulf projects. You will source candidates from Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and referrals, coordinate interviews, and follow up with selected candidates through joining.

The role requires 5+ years of HR experience, strong Hindi and English communication, and prior Oil & Gas/EPC recruitment experience. This is a work-from-office position, six days a week.

Qualifications

• Oil & Gas / EPC recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Previous Gulf recruitment experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates currently based in Chennai Only.
• Immediate joiners or with short notice period.
• Fluent Hindi speaking ability is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait or Bahrain is an advantage.
• Experience with blue-collar/technical manpower recruitment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Good MS Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience
• Fluency in English & Hindi
• Experience in recruitment consultancy / manpower consultancy preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• This is Completely Work from Office only (Six Days in a week)
