The role entails driving HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization. The candidate should have 7+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various positions.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Handle onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Manage performance management processes in coordination with department heads.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and employee databases.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Work with management on manpower planning and organizational requirements.
• Promote a positive work culture and organizational values.
• Manage disciplinary matters and ensure adherence to policies.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
