Job summary

All India Institute Of Occult Science in Delhi seeks an experienced HR operations professional to own the complete employee lifecycle, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. You will manage attendance, LOP, deductions, arrears, and F&F, while handling PF/ECR submissions and PF reconciliation with minimal external support.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of hands-on HR experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance, with strong Excel/MIS skills and solid documentation capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 5 years of HR experience
  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance
  • Knowledge of EPFO, PF, ECR, UAN and PF reconciliation
  • Experience handling EPFO notices, audits, and cases
  • Good working knowledge of TDS, ESI and payroll-related compliance
  • Strong Excel/MIS and documentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and employee-handling abilities
  • High ownership and independence

Responsibilities

  • Manage complete HR operations and employee lifecycle
  • Handle monthly payroll processing, attendance, LOP, deductions, arrears and F&F
  • Manage EPFO/PF compliance including ECR preparation and PF challans
  • Perform PF reconciliation and resolve PF/UAN issues
  • Handle EPFO notices, cases, audits and inspections
  • Coordinate TDS, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and other compliances
  • Maintain statutory records, challans, returns and compliance calendars
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee salary-related concerns
  • Handle employee grievances and HR documentation
  • Prepare HR/payroll MIS and provide compliance updates to management
  • Identify compliance gaps and ensure corrective action
  • Work independently with high ownership and minimal external consultant dependency

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations + Payroll + Statutory Compliance.
  • Practical knowledge of EPFO, PF, ECR, UAN and PF reconciliation.
  • Experience handling EPFO notices/audits/cases will be highly preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of TDS, ESI and other payroll-related statutory compliances.
  • Strong Excel/MIS and documentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and employee-handling abilities.
  • High ownership, confidentiality and ability to work independently.
Important Hiring Requirement

Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or candidates who have always depended on consultants for payroll/PF compliance will not be preferred.

We are looking for someone who can personally handle and explain the complete process of payroll, PF/ECR, statutory compliance and employee-related HR matters.
