Job summary

Delta Techs is seeking an HR professional with hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll and statutory compliance. The role requires knowledge of PF/EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax and Labour Laws, plus experience with site manpower and subcontractor compliance.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication are essential. The candidate should be able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
