Job summary

Mahaveer Constructions is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations for corporate and project/site teams in Hyderabad. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, HR records, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance with labour laws, PF/ESI, and related statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will drive HR policies, performance appraisals, employee development, and engagement initiatives while leading the HR team and coordinating with senior management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience in real estate/construction preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations and recruitment.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity and labour laws.
• Experience in payroll, attendance, leave management and HRMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, HR records and HRMS.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity and applicable labour laws.
• Manage performance appraisals, confirmations and employee development.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Drive employee engagement, training and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR MIS, dashboards and management reports.
• Lead and coordinate the HR team and work closely with management and department heads.
• Support management in HR strategy, workforce planning and organizational requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure companies.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations and recruitment.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity and Labour Laws.
• Experience in payroll, attendance, leave management and HRMS.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Experience in performance management, appraisals and HR policy implementation.
• Strong MS Excel, HR MIS and reporting skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead an HR team and independently manage HR functions.
• Should be mature, proactive, organized and capable of working closely with senior management.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
