Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within Technology, EdTech, startups, or other fast-paced organizations.
• Strong experience in performance management, HR analytics, and talent acquisition.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working with HR dashboards, metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Interest in leveraging AI, HR technology, automation, and digital tools to improve HR operations.
• Creative, proactive, adaptable, and highly solution-oriented.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
