Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or similar role.
• Strong experience with candidate sourcing and recruitment calling.
• Knowledge of HR software, ATS, HRMS platforms, and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates; conduct sourcing, screening, and outbound recruitment calls; build talent pipeline; schedule interviews; evaluate candidates; develop recruitment strategies; improve employer branding and candidate experience.
• HR Operations: Manage onboarding and offboarding; maintain records and HR documentation; support attendance, leave tracking, and engagement initiatives; ensure policy compliance; assist leadership in workforce planning.
• Payroll & HR Systems: Manage payroll processing and compensation records; work with HRMS, ATS, payroll software; generate HR reports; improve HR workflows through automation.
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance environment; support retention and engagement programs; promote values and healthy workplace relationships; be a trusted point of contact for employees.
• AI & Process Improvement: Leverage AI tools and automation to improve recruiting and HR efficiency; use technology to streamline hiring, onboarding, reporting, and communication; continuously learn and implement best practices in HR tech.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates across multiple job platforms.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and outbound recruitment calls.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Required Qualifications
