Job summary

Knowdis is seeking an HR Manager to build and lead our people function in Delhi. You will drive hiring, culture, engagement, and HR operations for a fast-growing AI startup.

Role requires hands-on, proactive leadership in a lean environment with a strong focus on recruitment and scaling teams, along with excellent communication across founders, product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HR experience (startup/tech preferred)
• Strong record in recruitment & scaling teams
• Hands-on, proactive in a lean setup
• Excellent people & communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition (tech + business roles)
• Build a strong employer brand and drive engagement initiatives
• Set up performance frameworks and career growth processes
• Manage HR ops & compliance (policies, payroll, documentation)
