Job summary

University Living Accommodation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, translating priorities into effective people strategies and driving strategic initiatives across the organization.

You will leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, influence decision-making, support workforce planning and talent development, and ensure consistency in people practices across the HR team.

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in a fast-paced startup organization.
• Strong experience working on strategic HR initiatives and partnering closely with business leaders.
• Strong understanding of HR data, analytics, and metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives end-to-end.
• A strategic mindset with a strong understanding of business and people priorities.
