Job summary

MVR Signature Spaces in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Real Estate Recruitment and HR Operations to join our team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, attendance, records and HR reports, source candidates through portals and referrals, and collaborate with management on manpower planning.

Female candidates preferred; salary up to ₹50,000 per month.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience in real estate
• Real estate recruitment experience is mandatory
• Hands-on recruitment/hiring experience is mandatory
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to independently manage HR operations

Responsibilities
