Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 15-20 years HR leadership experience, preferably in Real Estate.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and workforce management (onsite & corporate).
• Proven experience in building and leading HR teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
