MVR Signature Spaces is looking for an experienced Marketing Head who can take complete ownership of our marketing function and drive strong lead generation and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies
• Plan, launch & optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads / Paid Campaigns
• Drive qualified leads and improve campaign ROI
• Handle SEO – On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO
• Manage social media marketing, content & brand communication
• Monitor website traffic, leads, CPL, CAC, ROAS and other KPIs
• Conduct market & competitor analysis
• Plan and manage marketing budgets
• Coordinate with sales and other teams to achieve business targets
• Manage external agencies, vendors and marketing partners
• Lead and manage the marketing team

Candidate Requirements:

5+ years of relevant experience in Digital/Performance Marketing

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads

Strong understanding of SEO & Lead Generation

Experience with GA4, Google Search Console & Meta Business Suite

Strong analytical and strategic thinking

Experience in Real Estate / Property Marketing will be preferred

Should be able to independently handle the complete marketing function
