Job summary

Masa Technologies is seeking an experienced HR leader in Bengaluru to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. The role drives policy development, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

Ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills, with deep knowledge of labour laws and HRIS systems, ensuring compliant, efficient, and engaging people practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team-management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and support performance management.
  • Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation and reports.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees.
  • Manage HRMS/HRIS and prepare regular HR reports and MIS.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve organizational goals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS software.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
