Job summary

Digitrix Software LLP is seeking an IT HR Recruiter to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing through portals and networks, screen for technical fit, and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.

The role requires strong English communication, excellent coordination with clients, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions with timely updates in internal trackers. Prior IT recruitment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT recruitment experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong client communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and other requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding requirements, candidate profiles, interview schedules, and feedback.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
• Maintain and update candidate and recruitment status in internal trackers.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
