Job summary

Matid Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full HR lifecycle in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, payroll, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance to support a growing workforce.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of HR Generalist/Operations experience, strong knowledge of labour laws, and excellent communication to independently manage HR functions with a focus on people development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, HR Operations & Compliance.
• Good understanding of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
