Job summary

Dalvkot Utility Enterprises is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the hospital's HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations. The role involves policy development, performance management, and workforce planning within a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in HR or related field and at least 5 years of HR experience, with strong payroll and compliance expertise. Hospital experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR.
  • Experience in hospital/healthcare industry will be preferred.
  • Strong experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall HR operations and ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing, including attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, and employee queries.
  • Ensure timely statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Labour Laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Manage attendance, leave, employee records, and HR reports.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal, employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures as per business requirements.
  • Support management in manpower planning and other HR-related matters.
  • Lead and guide the HR team and ensure timely completion of HR activities.

Job Summary

Qualification & Experience
