Kindle Hr is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist who will balance end-to-end recruitment with comprehensive HR operations. The role focuses equally on attracting talent and managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.

You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate HR records while ensuring smooth payroll and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations & Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with HRMS, payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to manage both end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The role will have an equal focus on recruitment and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment 50%

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build talent pipelines and ensure timely closure of positions.

HR Operations 50%

• Manage employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, HRMS, and employee records.
• Coordinate payroll, reimbursements, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries, engagement, grievances, appraisals, and KRA/KPI processes.
• Manage exit formalities, exit interviews, and Full & Final coordination.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations & Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of HRMS, payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
