Job summary

Superzop is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive hiring from multiple portals. You will maintain hiring trackers, support offer discussions, and ensure timely closures across roles in Navi Mumbai.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruitment, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple vacancies with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Hands-on sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies with deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure open positions are followed up and closed within timelines.
• Maintain hiring trackers, candidate pipelines and recruitment MIS.
• Manage offer discussions, documentation and joining follow-ups.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial calls and coordinate interviews.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Job Hai, WorkIndia, Foundit, Shine and other relevant portals.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Assist with talent management and workforce planning activities.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Coordinate Learning & Development programs and maintain training records.
• Support PMS activities, including goal setting, review cycles and documentation.
• Should be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned positions.
• Should have a proactive approach towards sourcing and maintaining candidate pipelines.
