Job summary

THE Talent Keepers in Delhi is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and portals. You will build a strong pipeline for current and future requirements and identify passive candidates.

You will manage multiple roles, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, discuss salary and relocation, and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers. Strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, job portals, databases and social media.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Identify passive candidates and approach relevant professionals.
• Manage multiple positions simultaneously across different levels and functions.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, skills, qualification, stability and career aspirations.
• Evaluate candidates against the JD and organizational requirements.
• Conduct salary, notice period and relocation discussions.
• Share relevant shortlisted profiles with hiring managers/client stakeholders. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule and track interview rounds.
• Collect interview feedback and maintain candidate status.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
