Job summary

Equentis Wealth Advisory seeks an HR professional to own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain compliant records.

You will handle onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, employee relations, and exit processes while building analytics dashboards to guide leadership.

Strong Excel skills and MBA/PGDM in HR preferred; Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
• Strong Excel and analytics skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, COUNTIFS/SUMIFS (Power BI is a plus).
• Good understanding of employee relations and labour compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
• Strong communication, and the confidence to handle sensitive conversations.
• Ownership mindset, attention to detail and timely follow-through.
• Graduate or postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Responsibilities

• Induction & Onboarding: Manage offer follow-ups, documentation, joining formalities, HRIS updates and induction so every joiner has a smooth Day 1.
• Employee Relations: Be the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, resolve grievances, support disciplinary and conflict cases, and keep employees engaged and retained.
• Attendance & Leave: Process attendance, leave and regularisation, and share accurate inputs with Payroll.
• Offboarding: Manage resignations, exit interviews, notice period tracking, full and final settlement coordination, and exit clearances.
• HR Analytics & MIS: Build and maintain reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, onboarding, attendance and engagement. Turn the data into insights for leadership.
• Compliance & Records: Keep employee records audit-ready and follow HR policies and statutory requirements.
