Job summary

Uday Jewellery (by Sanghi Group) is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Hyderabad with 3–5 years of exposure to end-to-end talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee relations and statutory compliance.

Candidates from Manufacturing, Jewellery or Retail environments will be preferred; immediate joiners are desirable. The role demands hands-on HR generalist abilities across lifecycle activities and payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream with MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing/jewellery/retail environments.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to joining.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews; coordinate interviews and salary discussions.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with 3 - 5 years of experience to independently handle End-to-End Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll Coordination, Employee Relations, HR MIS and Statutory Compliance.

Candidates from Manufacturing, Jewellery, Retail, Non-IT or other operational environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage End-to-End Recruitment from manpower requisition to joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants and other channels.
• Conduct resume screening and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offer release and joining.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, KYC and employee records.
• Handle attendance, leave, shifts, weekly offs and absenteeism.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and payroll processing.
• Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, advances, loans, new joiners and exits.
• Handle employee queries, grievances and employee relations.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including transfers, confirmations, increments, promotions and exits.
• Coordinate statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain HR MIS covering recruitment, joining, attrition, attendance, absenteeism, payroll and employee movements.
• Prepare HR reports and support management with accurate HR data.
• Handle exit formalities, exit interviews, F&F coordination and relieving/experience letters.
