Accel It Services in Kolkata is seeking a proactive IT Recruiter to manage the complete employee lifecycle for a 250-employee business division. You will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a 100% office-based role.

The role covers onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling, attendance and leave management, HR compliance, exits, and reporting with recruitment metrics and MIS.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and negotiate offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
• Drive employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and HR compliance activities.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage employee separation processes.
• Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and MIS.

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic IT Recruiter to manage the complete employee lifecycle for a business division of approximately 250 employees. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling, HR operations, and exit management. (Recruitment and Operations)

Location: Anandpur, Kolkata (Near Ruby Hospital)
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)
