Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage HR operations from the ground up, including onboarding, exits, and HR documentation.
• Design, implement, and improve HR policies suitable for a startup environment.
• Partner with technical and delivery teams to understand talent requirements.
• Manage HR operations including attendance, leave, confirmations, exits, and payroll coordination.
