Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head – HR to lead our Human Resources function. This role is pivotal in driving the talent strategy, fostering a high-performance and engaging work culture, and ensuring robust HR operations aligned with business growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HR practices, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with business goals and organizational growth objectives.
- Lead talent pipeline development for critical and emerging capabilities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to promote a high-performance culture through goal setting, feedback mechanisms, learning plans, and performance differentiation.
- Drive initiatives that link individual performance to business strategy and annual operating plans.
- Analyze engagement scores and attrition trends; implement corrective actions and retention strategies.
- Conduct regular competency reviews and link skill development to career progression and compensation.
- Identify and nurture high-performing talent with structured career progression plans.
- Manage grievance redressal effectively and review grievance heat maps to identify systemic issues.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Monitor HR-related expenses against monthly and annual budgets.
- Lead and manage a team of 3–4 HR professionals, providing guidance, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of key outcomes.
- Foster team development and create a motivating work environment.
- Capable of managing and engaging a younger workforce effectively.

Qualifications & Skills
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from a premier institution with a strong academic foundation.
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, preferably in IT & Fintech corporates
- Proven track record across all HR functions
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
