The candidate should have MBA (HR) or related qualification and 3–5 years of hands-on experience; CTC is 3.50–5.00 LPA. Based at near Asawali, the role covers PMS, employee engagement, labour law compliance, ISO/QMS HR documentation and HRIS data management. Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets, plus recruitment via Naukri/LinkedIn, is preferred;
