Job summary

Team Computers in Mumbai is seeking an energetic Employee Engagement Executive to help create a positive workplace culture by planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, office events, wellness programs, festive celebrations, and employee recognition.

The role also supports HR operations by managing onboarding, addressing employee queries and grievances, and assisting with day-to-day HR activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, wellness programs, sports activities, CSR initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
• Organize office events such as health camps, blood donation drives, awareness sessions, team-building activities, annual celebrations, and employee appreciation events.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful event execution within timelines and budgets.
• Develop creative engagement calendars and introduce new initiatives to improve employee participation and satisfaction.
• Manage event logistics, communication, budgeting, vendor coordination, and post-event feedback.
• Conduct employee surveys and engagement activities to gather feedback and recommend improvements.
• Promote organizational culture and employer branding through engaging workplace initiatives.

Job description

Role Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Employee Engagement Executive to create a positive and engaging workplace culture. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives, office events, wellness programs, and festive celebrations that enhance employee morale and foster a collaborative work environment.

In addition, the role will support HR operations by managing employee onboarding, addressing employee queries and grievances, and assisting with day-to-day HR activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary KRA Employee Engagement (70%)

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, cultural events, festive celebrations, wellness programs, sports activities, CSR initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
• Organize office events such as health camps, blood donation drives, awareness sessions, team-building activities, annual celebrations, and employee appreciation events.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful event execution within timelines and budgets.

Secondary KRA – HR Operations (30%)

• Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding, including documentation, induction schedules, and new hire engagement.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Support HR operational activities such as employee records management, HR documentation, and policy communication.
• Assist in implementing employee welfare initiatives and HR programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and operational requirements as needed.
