Qualifications

• 6-9 years of HR experience with engagement, culture-building, and employee connect initiatives.
• CSR exposure or social impact initiatives is a plus.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive employee engagement strategies and programs to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, recognition programs, and internal events.
• Facilitate employee connect programs such as town halls, skip-level meetings, leadership connects, and feedback forums.
• Work with business leaders and HR teams to enhance employee experience and participation in engagement initiatives.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback sessions, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Drive internal communication campaigns to promote engagement programs and organizational initiatives.
• Support and coordinate CSR activities and employee volunteering programs with partners.
• Track and report engagement metrics and participation levels, and recommend ideas to improve involvement.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead Employee Engagement and Employee Connect initiatives across the organization, while also supporting key CSR activities. The role will focus on strengthening workplace culture, improving employee experience, and building strong connections between employees and leadership through well-designed engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and drive employee engagement strategies and programs to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, recognition programs, and internal events.
• Facilitate employee connect programs such as town halls, skip-level meetings, leadership connects, and feedback forums.
• Work closely with business leaders and HR teams to enhance employee experience and participation in engagement initiatives.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback sessions, and help implement improvement initiatives.
• Drive internal communication campaigns to promote engagement programs and organizational initiatives.
• Support and coordinate CSR activities and employee volunteering programs in collaboration with relevant partners.
